Students in grades 3-12 are invited to a day of activities designed to help them start thinking about a health care career by engaging with practitioners through hands-on experiences (owl pellet and eyeball dissections), simulations, and more! Lunch will be provided for all participating students.
Students age 12 and under should be accompanied by an adult.
Our keynote speaker is Dr. Chemen Neal, MD, Executive Associate Dean and Chief Diversity Officer of Indiana University School of Medicine.
As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
