Alexandra (Alex) Blackwell is an attorney with JBJ Legal in Indianapolis. Alex works with individuals and business clients on an array of issues including, but not limited to, business and employment litigation, buying and selling businesses, forming new ventures, general employment matters, and drafting and negotiating contracts between businesses and their vendors, contractors, and customers. She is a graduate of IU's McKinney School of Law, where she was Symposium Editor and Executive Board Member of the Indiana Law Review. Alex is a member of multiple legal organizations including the Indianapolis Bar Association.

As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
