New Year New Tastes! Come prepared with a favorite healthy recipe to share and talk about, as we discuss some of our favorite food trends, cookbooks, and recipes from the past year and a half of Fit Lit.
Adults interested in new ways to stay fit and healthy are invited to read from a suggested book list and attend this monthly Zoom discussion. Discussion will include advice and commentary from Marion County Health Department staff.
This event is being held as an online meeting/webinar. Those who register will be contacted via email with the Zoom link before each program. If you have a Facebook account, join the Facebook group here for encouragement and discussion between Zoom sessions.
