Attorneys will be available to answer questions related to patents, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property matters. Patrons can sign up for a 15 minute session and ask questions free of charge.
The program is being hosted by The Indianapolis Public Library’s Patent & Trademark Resource Center, the law firm of Woodard, Emhardt, Henry, Reeves, & Wagner, LLP, and the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section. Signups for 15 minute slots start at 5:00pm. If patrons are not able to sign up for a timeslot they will receive a business card from one of the volunteering attorneys, and the patrons can call them at a later time to ask a 15 minute question over the phone.
This program will be held in the Riley and Knall Meeting Rooms at Central Library.

As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
