Preschoolers ages 3 - 6 are invited to join the Marion County Health Department for a fun and interactive read-aloud story program focused on gardening and plants. This will be followed by children learning yoga poses based on various fruits and veggies and a snack with healthy fruits or veggies.
Registration is required for each child attending. Parents need not register themselves. This program, to be held in the Learning Curve, is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.

As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
