Computer Classes at Central: Microsoft Word 2010 Intermediate

If you are comfortable using Microsoft Word, learn to use some of its more advanced features. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word is necessary for this class.
By the end of this class you should be able to create and change columns; transform plain text into bullet points; add basic graphics to a document page, and use shortcuts to make documents more functional and attractive. This program, to be held in the Computer Training Lab, is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.

Central Library
As the hub of the Indianapolis Public Library system, Central Library showcases renowned architecture and services. The original 1917 building, designed by Paul Cret and constructed of Indiana limestone in the Greek Doric style, was considered one of the most outstanding secular buildings in the U.S. Its six-story glass and steel-framed addition, designed by Evans Woollen, opened in 2007.
