Learn the art of plastic fusion with plastic bags and packaging. In this workshop, we will save plastic bags from the landfill and make artwork with an environmental message. Turn the plastic into poetry, a landscape, or a beautiful abstract work.
Do you have something to say? Do you want to contribute to a positive change? With the art of plastic fusion you can turn waste into beauty. Join Sofia Casanova of Nova Dreamspace to learn how to turn your refuse into an eye-catching statement.
Spend some time with this year's Adult Summer Reading Program theme during this program that lets you play with "trash".
The instructor for this program is fluent in both English and Spanish, and will happily engage with anyone who speaks and understands Spanish (or is trying to learn).

The longest continuously-operating branch in the IndyPL system began on the city’s east side in 1896 but moved to the village of Haughville after 1897. The branch’s many homes included the former town hall on Germania Avenue in which a fire in 1904 partially destroyed the building. After the fire, a storefront in the Michigan Plaza Shopping Center was constructed that operated until 2003, when the current 12,000-square-foot library opened on West Michigan Street.
