Are you interested in starting a food truck, catering business, farmers' market stand, etc.? Do you have questions about how to start and what to expect along the way?
Come learn from Wantonia Dyson, who started off baking for the Binford Farmers' Market and now supports small businesses all over the city through her commercial kitchen space. Dyson has over a decade of experience in the culinary industry. After launching her baked goods business, Tonia's On A Roll, she faced challenges finding a licensed kitchen for her mobile food business. This experience inspired her to create The Cooking Station Indy, offering a dedicated, certified space to support food entrepreneurs like herself. Her commitment to culinary innovation and entrepreneurship has transformed The Cooking Station Indy into a vibrant space for chefs, caterers, food trucks, and local farmers alike. This class will be held in the Riley Room at Central Library.
