Northstar Digital Literacy is a video based learning platform. These sessions allow you to pick your path towards learning. Take an assessment to evaluate your skill level, or choose from a variety of practice lessons.
Proctored Assessments are available during this time, taking a proctored exam will allow your to Earn a Certificate with a Passing Score.
A Tech Learning Specialist will be available to help you understand your results and develop a custom learning plan to expand your digital skill set. Your digital journey starts at the library but you can continue to work on Northstar anywhere you have internet access.

Decatur was the first township outside of Center Township to receive a branch library when the Marwood Branch opened in 1967 in a storefront location. Strong library usage throughout the township demonstrated the need for a new 11,300-square-foot branch that opened on Kentucky Avenue in 1990 as the Decatur Branch and continues to serve the community today.
