Seen through the eyes of local Indiana communities, The Addict’s Wake explores a microcosm of a critical problem facing the United States. Join other community members for a screening of this film, followed by a panel discussion with the film’s producer and other community partners. Come early to network with and explore resources from local service providers and others working to help mitigate and respond to substance use disorder in Indiana.

Presented in partnership with the Indiana University School of Medicine’s Ruth Lilly Library of Medicine, The Addicts Wake tells the story of how substance use disorder has impacted local communities throughout Indiana and explores broader issues that have ramifications for neighborhoods, towns, and cities across the country.

Join us from 4-5 p.m. to network with other individuals and organizations working to help mitigate and respond to substance use disorder across the state. The film screening will begin at 5 p.m. and will be followed by a conversation with the film's producer and other partners.
