Marion County residents are invited to participate in this free legal clinic to have crimes expunged and evictions sealed. Immigration attorneys will also be available to provide assistance in filling out and reviewing the N-400 application for U.S. citizenship.
Registration is required for the criminal expungement and eviction sealing appointments. Assistance appointments for the N-400 or U.S. citizenship application will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Volunteer attorneys are provided by the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic. All assistance provided by the attorneys is free of charge. These free legal services will be hosted at Central Library in the Riley, Knall, and Goodrich Houk meeting rooms. There are no fees to file for criminal expungement and eviction sealing in the state of Indiana. There is a filing fee to submit the N-400 citizenship application.

A library staff member will return your call as soon as possible. Transportation is not guaranteed as there are a limited amount of transportation passes available.
